Saint-Rémy-de-Dieppe, Seine-Maritime, Normandie, France, et décédé ca 6-03-1730 à Sainte-Croix-de-Lotbinière, Lotbinière, Québec.  Il a épousé (1) MARIE CIVADIER-SIVADIER 24-01-1702 à Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île d'Orléans, Montmorency, Québec8, fille de LOUIS SIVADIER-CIVADIER et AGNÈS-MARGUERITE OLIVIER.  Elle est née 21-12-1676 à Sainte-Famille-de-l'Île d'Orléans, Montmorency, Québec, et décédée avant 14-09-1716 Sainte-Croix-de-Lotbinière, Lotbinière, Québec.  Il a épousé (2) MARIE-MADELEINE BOUCHER ca 1717 à Saint-Antoine de Tilly, Lotbinière, Québec9, fille de PIERRE BOUCHER-DESROCHES et HÉLÈNE GAUDRY LA BOURBONNIÈRE.  Elle est née 22-07-1692 à Côte-de-Lauzon, Lévis, Québec9, et décédée 22-04-1759 à Sainte-Croix-de-Lotbinière, Lotbinière, Québec10.

Nous avons retrouvé, dans un acte de partage de la terre entre les héritiers de Jacques-Philippe De Horné, en date du 18 septembre 1761 (J.-B. Choret), la mention du contrat de mariage avec Marie-Madeleine Boucher :

      « … ladte deffunte marie magdeine
      Boucher pour une somme de quatre cent livres
      à elle constitué par son contrat de mariage avec led      t
      me jacques philippe dehornay passé sous signature
      privée devant témoins le quatorze jour de septembre
      mil sept cent seize, et déposé en letude de M      e
      Barolet notre le vingt neuf aoust mil sept cent trente
      deux … ».
